Anti-pyretic, Anti-Inflammatory

FNP
Description
Pain is a complex phenomena involving both peripheral and central mechanism.
Aceclofenac counteract peripheral inflammation by blocking COX-2 enzyme and paracetamol blocks the central effects of prostaglandin by blocking COX-3 enzyme in brain.
The combination of aceclofenac with paracetamol (FNP) gives complete relief from pain and associated inflammation by counteracting both central and peripheral mechanisms.
FNP offers faster and longer duration of action with least incidence of GI side-effects.
